The Voice Director Collective Agreement is made and entered into the Province of Quebec by ACTRA and the National Association of Professional Dubbers (ANDP).

This agreement sets forth the minimum rates and working conditions under which a Voice Director is engaged in Voice Direction for Dubbing programs produced by any method in the English language. In cases where this Agreement is silent, the provisions of the current Independent Production Agreement (IPA) shall apply (it is understood that where it says “Performer” it will apply to “Voice Director”).
