As of Monday, November 6th, 2023, ACTRA Montreal Full members in good standing are invited to vote for a leadership team that will guide our union branch for the next two years.

This year we are running our election with the help of third-party online voting software company, ElectionBuddy.

• You will receive an E-mail when voting opens at 9:00 a.m. ET Monday November 6, 2023 from Electionbuddy.
  
• The E-mail will include your unique access key (this is your unique secure hyperlink to access the online voting site). Click on your unique access key hyperlink and you will be taken to the online voting site.
  
• Enter your ACTRA Member Number into the online voting site exactly as it appears on your ACTRA membership card (including the hyphen: XX-XXXXX) and click submit. You will then be prompted to cast your vote.

Members who have chosen to participate in the election by post will receive a ballot in the mail with voting instructions.
