“Montreal has so much creative talent and we take pride in recognizing and celebrating our performers. We have been organizing the ACTRA Awards since 2003 and each edition is a clear statement that our city, and our performers have the skills and talent that productions need to create exceptional work here. This is an opportunity for the world to see that English production needs to be supported and sustained in Quebec, because our artists want nothing more than to live and work in this incredible Province.”
– Jen Viens, Chair of the Organizing Committee.
“This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to championing performers and creators, and to strengthening opportunities for English-language projects to thrive in Quebec. We are building stronger bridges between talent and production, and ensuring that our community continues to grow, connect, and gain the visibility it deserves both here at home and beyond.”
– Stacey Tenenbaum, co-President of the QEPC (Quebec English Language Production Council).
